no 'rite of spring' trip this year...at least not the first part...
just 'too many balls in the air' this year so i am very reluctantly skipping the 'beach house' part of the trip but will be heading south in a little more than a week for the 'golf tournament' portion...
first time visitors to this blog will not have a clue what this is about...others might recall last year's notes and pics...

that is last year's beach house...actually the worst of the bunch...but still pretty OK...
trust me....i HATE missing it this year...but year is still young...

I remember reading about your golf travels and was envious! If that is a pic of the beach house.....I don't think I would want to be missing that part!

I think I remember. You and a bunch of friends from neighboring states form teams and travel the southeast in motor homes playing various golf course and keeping a cumulative score. Seems like a very cool thing to do. Have fun. Stay safe....
